Create a city for its citizens, to camp and build community together, collect valuable resources and protect against attacks by gangsters. 
Do you have four locations with more than 20 levels! 

Create and modify on your own cities, using more than 25 types of buildings and attract new citizens into their settlements. Perform additional mission: Seek Crazy Russian and bring him to justice.
